Items will be exchanged within 3 days and returned within the day of receiving the item. Items returned must comply with our policy:
1- Products must be returned unused, undamaged, with all tags and in the original packaging.
2- Shoes and accessories must be returned in the original boxes and dust bags, and put them inside another box to protect them when shipping.
3- When trying on the shoes, please make sure not to leave any traces on them and not to damage the box.
6- Swimwear must be returned with unopened packaging.
7- Underwear must be tried on over your own underwear. We will not be able to return any product if it is soiled or worn.

Please be aware when trying your purchases that they are in their original condition. If you want to return them, we will not be able to accept any returns that do not comply with our policy.
